Today 4th graders at NCE got free bicycle helmets. They enjoyed riding their bikes and learning more about bike safety. Thank you to Trooper Stephens and the organization of Bike Haywood North Carolina. They are a sub chapter of the blue ridge bike club out of Asheville NC.
